Let me help guide you to the perfect home! It can be difficult looking for the appropriate place to call home for you and a family. That's where I can help alleviate the task of searching through multiple property listings and in attending numerous open house events.
As a dedicated buyer agent I will constantly review properties as they come onto the market. By establishing, maintaining and updating your search criteria, I will save you time and help you locate the perfect home. There are many steps in the process of buying a home; I will be there to guide you through the process from start to finish!
Conversely, I have the support of a superior company in Century 21 Adams and Century 21 Corporate to properly market your home, garnering the most attractive buyers to view your property. To understand your home’s position in the marketplace, I will perform a Complimentary Market Analysis or CMA, to better understand its market value. My goal is to ensure your home is presented to the market appropriately, to work with you through the entire process and to be available to answer any questions you may have.
Getting To Know Me....
I was raised in Watertown, MA, and I have a fine understanding of the surrounding communities, transportation and schools. In the past twenty years I have worked in Metro Boston and its suburbs, so I understand the needs facing commuters. As a parent I have enjoyed the opportunity to be involved over the years within local towns as a coach in various sports. It’s important to identify with the communities you work within; it allows a better grasp on the marketplace.
I enjoy working with others and building relationships with my clients. I want to be involved in improving and changing the lives of others, by helping find the appropriate property to meet their needs. My objective is to reduce stress and make the home-buying or selling process enjoyable.
I have been working in the Financial Publication and Information Technology Industries for the past 12 years, managing relationships with fortune 500 companies. I’ve been involved in contract negotiations and resolutions impacting corporate relationships in the banking, university and securities sectors. Through my experience, I understand the value of making the right decision at the right time; it is this attitude that will benefit both buyer and seller clients.
My career with Century 21 Adams began in 2010; it is my goal to improve the lives of my family by providing clients with superior service.
