Buying a home can be intimidating, there’s no doubt about that, but it doesn’t have to be as scary as you might think. We spoke with Fred of Mortgage Network, Inc. and Jeff of Leader Bank to get some insight on why you should buy now and how you can secure a mortgage more easily than you may have thought!
We spoke with Melissa Ryberg of Boston Modern Staging and Design to discuss the importance of staging and how you can prepare your home to sell. According to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, staged home spend 73% less time on the market than non-staged homes and staged homes typically sell for up to 17%.

We are celebrating our 25th year collecting new, unwrapped gift donations for young boys and girls with "Toys-for-Tots". Our company began working with this charity with the intent to bring happiness to children who may not otherwise have something to brighten their holiday. Please bring your gift donation to our offices this season...we'll be bringing your donations to the USMC distribution center periodically.
